Ford provided new details on its all-new 2013-MY Lincoln MKZ Hybrid, which is set to go on sale later this year. The automaker stated the luxury sedan will get 45 mpg across the board (city, highway and combined).

The Lincoln MKZ is the first of four new vehicles the brand plans to introduce over the next four years, Ford said.

For the 2013 model-year, Ford is following its previous pricing strategy, with the MKZ Hybrid having the same base MSRP as the non-hybrid model. The automaker also noted that the MKZ Hybrid offers the same options as the non-hybrid model.

The luxury sedan’s standard Hybrid Premiere option package includes SYNC with MyLincoln Touch, which features an 8-inch touch screen, leather trimmed seats with heated front seats, LED headlamps, and 18-inch painted wheels and Lincoln Drive Control, which manages the sedan’s Continuously Controlled Damping (CCD) adjustable suspension, electric power-assisted steering (EPAS) and Active Noise Control (ANC).
