Proposed Hours-of-Service Revision a Noble Gesture with Bad Consequences for Fleet

Who would argue against saving lives? The U.S. Department of Transportation (DOT) is making this argument as it proposes to rewrite the law that limits a truck driver to working a 15-hour shift, which includes a maximum 10 hours daily driving time.
