Nissan Unveils 2011 Vehicle Lineup

July 07, 2010

Nissan North American announced its 2011 vehicle lineup, featuring the all-new models LEAF and JUKE.

The 2011 LEAF, a pure electric vehicle, is slated for launch in late 2010 in the United States, Europe and Japan. The LEAF has a zero-emission powertrain and platform, and a real-world range autonomy of up to 100 miles.

The 2011 JUKE, which enters the compact hatchback/crossover segment, has motorsports-influenced styling inside and out. The JUKE features Nissan's new 1.6-liter Direct Injection Gasoline Turbo engine and advanced torque vectoring AWD system. The JUKE will be available in fall 2010.

In early 2011, the all-new Nissan Quest minivan returns to showrooms. Nissan will provide more details closer to its launch.

Next year, Nissan will enter the commercial vehicle market in North America with the 2010 Nissan NV. Scheduled to launch in mid-2011, the Nissan NV will be available in three versions, NV1500, NV2500 HD and NV3500 HD, and in two roof configurations - standard and high. The vehicle is available with a standard 5-speed automatic transmission and a 4.0-liter V6 or 5.6-liter V8 engines.

Nissan will also offer four sports cars next year - the Nissan GT-R, 370Z Coupe, NISMO 370Z and 370Z Roadster.

In addition, Nissan's 2011 lineup will include the following coupes, sedans, trucks and SUVs: Maxima, Altima Sedan, Altima Coupe, Altima Hybrid, Sentra and Sentra SE-R, Versa, cube, Murano, Armada, Pathfinder, Xterra, Rogue, Titan and Frontier.
