Gasoline Excise Tax in California to Increase 3.5 Cents on July 1, 2013

Effective July 1, 2013, the excise tax on gasoline in California will increase 3.5 cents per gallon following a vote Feb. 28, 2013 by the California State Board of Equalization (BOE).

Iowa Looks to Increase Fuel Tax

The bill that would incrementally increase the state’s fuel tax until 2014 passed the Senate’s Transportation Committee on Feb. 15.
