Ford F-150 Prepped to Run on CNG or LPG

When the 3.7L V-6 F-150 is equipped with a CNG/LPG engine package, it is capable of achieving more than 750 miles on one tank of gasoline, depending on the tank size selected.

Ford will offer the 2014 F-150 with the ability to run on compressed natural gas (CNG), making Ford the only manufacturer with an available CNG/LPG-capable 1/2-ton pickup.
