XL Hybrids Launches Hybrid-Electric Powertrain for Ford E-Series Vans

<p><span>XL Hybrids' technology will initially be available for the 2013-model year 4.6L Ford E-150 and E-250 cargo van and passenger wagon models.</span></p>

XL Hybrids' technology will initially be available for the 2013-model year Ford E-150 and E-250 cargo van and passenger wagon models. The company has also signed an installation partnership and distribution agreement with Leggett & Platt.

ROUSH CleanTech Receives CARB Retrofit Alternative Fuel System Certification for 2010-MY Vehicles

With 2010-MY certification in-hand, ROUSH CleanTech is now pursuing similar retrofit certification for 2009, 2011 and 2012 model years of the same Ford E-series vans and wagons, and E-450 cutaway vehicle platforms.

BAF Earns CARB Certification for 2012 CNG Ford Vans and Pickups

The CARB executive orders allow the vehicles to be sold and operated in California, as well as in 16 other states that follow CARB rules, according to BAF.
