Ford Celebrates 65th Anniversary of the F-Series

In celebrating 65 years of the F-Series, the Ford Motor Co. has released historic materials of the model, including the original press release and photos of the F-1 pickup.

The F-1 pickup was publicly revealed back on Jan. 16, 1948, and marked the beginning of the F-Series. Since it's debut, Ford has produced more than 32 million F-Series trucks, according to the automaker.
