Ford and GM to Jointly Develop New Nine- and 10-Speed Automatic Transmissions

Ford and General Motors have signed an agreement to jointly develop next-generation 9- and 10-speed transmissions that both companies said will improve vehicle performance and fuel economy.

Ford to Debut New 1.5L EcoBoost Engine in Fusion in U.S.

Although the engine is slated to appear first in the Mondeo in China, which will debut at the Auto Shanghai 2013 show, it will appear in the Fusion in North America this year.
