WEX Says Increased Supply and Low Demand Reducing Fuel Prices - Industry News

WEX stated the national retail price for a gallon of gasoline started the month at $3.55 per gallon, which is down close to 10 cents per gallon from where the price started in April.

Report Says Fuel Prices Could Start Falling This Month - Industry News

A new report from WEX says fears about summer gasoline supply caused the recent price increases and that gas prices should slowly fall throughout March. WEX also expects a drop in diesel prices, but not as much as for gasoline.

Experts predict that some of the lower priced areas could see prices head north again, but not by any large amount. Some of the higher priced areas like the West Coast still have room to go down, and prices should continue to fall, albeit at a fairly slow rate before flat lining in the coming weeks.
