GM Sets Retail Pricing for 2013-MY GMC Terrain Denali SUV

GM announced retail pricing for its 2013-MY GMC Terrain Denali small luxury SUV, starting at an MSRP of $35,350, including an $825 destination charge. This price is for the model with a 2.4L inline four-cylinder engine and front-wheel drive.

Adding all-wheel drive increases the MSRP to $37,100, and adding a V-6 for either the front-wheel-drive or all-wheel-drive models adds $1,500 to the price. For the 2013 model-year, the Terrain’s 3.6L V-6 uses direct injection and continuously variable valve timing to improve performance, enabling the engine to produce 301 hp.

The 2013-MY Terrain Denali comes with a number of standard safety systems, including forward collision alert, lane departure warning, and blind side zone and rear cross traffic alert. The rear cross traffic alert system displays warnings on the in-cab screen and shows footage from the Terrain’s standard rear-view camera.

Other features on the Terrain Denali include an eight-way power front passenger seat and dual-flow dampers for the front suspension. The V-6 engine upgrade adds 19-inch chrome wheels. The vehicle also comes with Intellilink, GMC’s voice-controlled infotainment system with Bluetooth smartphone integration and apps, a programmable power lift gate, and Homelink integrated garage door opener controls, as standard features.

Options for the Terrain Denali include a trailering package, the 3.6L V-6 engine, Color Touch Navigation, and organization accessories such as a rear cargo cover, a cargo convenience net, and luggage crossbars.

The automaker previously announced that the vehicle will be on sale in the third quarter of this year.
