Driversshield.com Sells Fleet Services Unit, Enters Alliance with PHH

Driversshield.com Corp. on Oct. 30 announced that it has entered into a definitive agreement with PHH Arval, a major provider of comprehensive fleet management services and a subsidiary of Cendant Corp., whereby PHH will purchase driversshield.com's FS (Fleet Services) subsidiary for $6.3 million.
