Parker Hannifin Corporation's Hydraulics group has formed a market-focused organization that will provide the North American truck market with motion and control products, systems and services.

The Truck Team will focus on solutions involving components, systems, kitting and logistic needs for truck manufacturers, body builders and various truck related distribution channels. This focused Truck Team will mirror Parker's Mobile off-road group structure and ensure Parker's ability to anticipate and meet customer needs and deliver customer service and solutions for the truck hydraulic market.

The recent acquisitions of Commercial Intertech, Gresen Hydraulics and Chelsea Power Products, along with the previously available Parker products, establishes Parker as a supplier of hydraulic products and systems for on-road and implement truck applications.

"The integration of these widely accepted products, which include the Commercial pump/valves and telescopic cylinders, Gresen control valves and Chelsea power take-offs for every type of vehicle, allow for countless synergy opportunities when coupled with Parker's existing hose, connector, seal, electronic, pneumatic and filtration products," said Marwan Kashkoush, president of Parker Hannifin's Hydraulics Group. "In addition to these three highly recognizable brand names, Parker can draw from its substantial product mix and assets to establish itself as a single source supplier for the truck hydraulics industry."

With annual sales of $6 billion, Parker Hannifin is a diversified manufacturer of motion and control technologies and systems, providing precision-engineered solutions for a wide variety of commercial, mobile, industrial and aerospace markets. The company employs more than 45,000 people in 45 countries. For more information, visit the company's Web site at www.parker.com, or its investor information site at www.phstock.com.
