After a few years without major changes, Lincoln will roll out two all-new sport utility vehicles this year, along with fresh features for two of its passenger cars. The enhancements are meant to give the vehicles a common look and feel, and give a boost to Ford's profits as the automaker struggles to break even. Lincoln was riding high just four years ago, winning the title of U.S. luxury sales leader for the first time in 1998 with 187,000 vehicles, beating GM's Cadillac in a hotly contested race. Its Navigator full-size SUV was the truck of choice for Hollywood stars, and earned an estimated $15,000 profit per vehicle for Ford. But since then, Lincoln has rolled out just one all-new vehicle, the LS sedan, which garnered good reviews and sales when introduced, but has since cooled, according to Reuters.
