DaimlerChrysler Announces Diesel Clean Fuel Certification

Dodge will begin production of the new 2003 Model Ram 2500 and 3500 HD Pickup with Clean Fuel Fleet certification, for diesel engine applications. The Pickups will have the regular Cummins 5.9L diesel engine. The 5.9L high output (HO) turbo diesel engine will not get the LEV (CFF) certification. Production of this new configuration is scheduled to begin in January of 2003.
