St. Louis Enterprise Fleet Services has announced that it is has added Spanish language capabilities in its National Service Department. In addition to being able to discuss service and other fleet issues in Spanish for customers, having bi-lingual capabilities enhances Enterprise’s ability to communicate effectively with automotive service repair shops in predominately Spanish-speaking communities, according to the company. As Enterprise Fleet Services continues to add locations across the nation, it anticipates a growing demand for bi-lingual service technicians in its National Service Department. Enterprise currently has 45 full-service offices nationwide, with approximately 15 percent located in regions with large Hispanic populations. “Having Spanish language capabilities in our service department has definitely enhanced our ability to provide more personalized service to our customers to meet their needs and respond to their questions,” said Bob Schurwan, assistant vice president of Enterprise Fleet Operations. He added that in addition to having recently received the Automotive Service Excellence (ASE) “Blue Seal of Excellence” award for the sixth consecutive year, an industry record, each of Enterprise’s more than 30 service technicians are ASE certified.
