Teletrac Launches Independent Agent Sales Program

Inaddition to its own direct sales force, Teletrac says it is now authorizingindependent agents to sell its wireless fleet tracking products tocommercial vehicle fleet owners.Teletrac says it is looking for independent technology resellers throughout the U.S.that have wireless and electronic products in their portfolios. Teletrac'sflagship wireless fleet tracking system, FleetDirector, gives commercialvehicle fleet owners in major metropolitan areas across the U.S. the abilityto track the location of their vehicles in real time. FleetDirector alsoincreases security by enabling fleet owners to locate and recover stolenvehicles, according to the company. The independent agent sales program gives Teletrac a way tofurther penetrate geographical regions that have FleetDirector coverage.
