Volvo Cars of North America (VCNA) has realigned its fleet operations in the United States into three regions to further attend to the needs of its customers and enhance Volvo's Premium Fleet Experience, according to the company. This realignment will allow fleet managers to devote more attention to the desires of their customers, specifically in the Midwest. To manage each region are:
  • Stan Kerlick, to oversee all operations stretching from the north Midwest to Oregon, as well as Hawaii and Alaska. Stan brings over 30 years of sales experience with both Ford and Volvo to his new position.
  • Bill Kugel, to oversee all operations in the Southwest, including California and Nevada.
  • Mick Morris, to oversee all operations in the Eastern seaboard, covering all land east of the Mississippi River, including Michigan. In addition, Norm Wyman will now handle any special assistance needed on service issues for fleet customers. Norm also coordinates Volvo's participation in Ford Motor Company's Partner Recognition Program.
