PHH Introduces New Accident Reports To Evaluate Performance In Real Time

PHH has announced the addition of two newVehicle Accident Services reports to PHH InterActive, its Web-based fleetinformation management system. The company says these reports allow fleet and risk managersto evaluate both driver and PHH performance on a real-time basis, withup-to-the-minute information available 24 hours a day.The company says the two new reports allow users to benchmark their fleets by miles driven (the most accuratemethod of analyzing driver performance) and evaluate the cost savingsrealized by PHH's Damage Specialists in managing accident repairs andreplacement rentals. Both of these reports are designed to enhance a fleetor risk manager's ability to effectively evaluate performance.
