The winners were announced at the 2003 JavaOne Developer Conference in San Francisco, CA. According to the company, the solution provides companies in the transportation, fleet and field services industries an affordable and feature rich GPS-enabled tracking product. Among its features, TeleNavTrack includes a dispatching and messaging function, so job orders can be sent directly to workers' mobile phones; a digital timecard, allowing field workers to enter timesheet data electronically; and a turn-by-turn GPS navigation with automatic rerouting, all through GPS-enabled Nextel Motorola iDEN Java phones.
