Abbott Completes Acquisition of Sigmanetics

Abbott Enterprises, Inc. recently announced the acquisition of Sigmanetics, Inc., of Concord Calif. Sigmanetics has been a manufacturer and supplier of such products as voltage converters, speedometers, tachometers and road speed generators for more than 50 years.The purchase of Sigmanetics was a natural fit, according to Bob Abbott, president of Abbott Enterprises, Inc. Abbott is a manufacturer and supplier of fleet management systems, including the Atrol II Activity Recorder, Abbott Tachograph and the GPS Fleet Tracking System.
