Integrated Vehicle Systems and Rental Concepts Inc. have announced the decision to combine the two companies under one name, Fleet Response. According to the companies, the name change is part of a corporate identity restructuring designed to integrate their services. The identity restructuring will be completed in December, according to the companies. “The decision to combine our two companies under a simpler, yet all-inclusive name is a reflection of the changing times, the quick response necessary in the fleet industry, and the ability to provide the appropriate services,” said Ron Mawaka, CEO, Fleet Response. The identity restructuring includes a remodeled Web site, www.fleetresponse.com, which combines the Integrated Vehicle Systems and Rental Concepts’ Web sites. A new corporate logo, new Web-access tools for current clients, and an advertising campaign are also included in the restructuring process. Current client services offered by Integrated Vehicle Systems and Rental Concepts will not change, nor will the company undergo any internal or business restructuring, according to Mawaka. “The services our clients trust and expect such as OLIS, our On-Line Information Service, and our national rental network have not changed,” Mawaka said. “In fact, we plan to increase our services in the near future. Fleet Response is our answer to meeting the needs of our clients and potential clients through our continued commitment to timely, attentive, and effective fleet service.” About Fleet Response Established in 1986, Fleet Response specializes in custom-designed fleet management services to the corporate fleet industry.
