Volkswagen of America, Inc. has announced the appointment of Patrick McFall as certified pre-owned (CPO) and fleet sales process leader. The team led by McFall provides CPO marketing communications, dealer training as well as product and industry analysis to support the overall sales initiatives of the company.“The lift-off in the market of the CPO programs clearly shows the ‘win-win-win’ proposition for the customer, the dealers and manufacturers,” McFall said. “It is our team’s job to ensure that Volkswagen earns a strong position in the CPO market. We will energize the second lifecycle generation and help support the dealer network.”Prior to joining Volkswagen, McFall worked as a group marketing director for Advanstar Communications, and marketing and circulation manager at AutoWeek
