U.S. Bank Voyager Signs Agreement With Shell Canada

January 13, 2005

HOUSTON – U.S. Bank Voyager Fleet Systems Inc. has announced that it has reached an agreement with Shell Canada to accept the Voyager Fleet Card throughout its retail locations across Canada. Many Shell-affiliated businesses, such as Turbo, Pay Less, and Beaver, will also accept the Voyager card.

Voyager Fleet customers will receive a single billing report for all international purchases and U.S. purchases. In addition, transaction data will fully integrate with FleetCommander(R). Voyager fleet management tools can also convert liters to gallons and convert from Canadian to U.S. currency.

"We are excited to be able to provide our unsurpassed fleet card capabilities in Canada," said Michael Oleniczak, vice president of U.S. Bank Voyager Merchant Sales and Service. "Accepting the Voyager Fleet Card is just another example of how Shell Canada responds to customer needs."
