DaimlerChrysler Expands Staffing to the Large Commercial Fleet Segment

As part of a reorganized and expanded large commercial fleet segment, the following appoints have been made:Bob McGehee has been appointed National Sales Manager and Global Business Development Manager – Western Region. McGehee formerly held the position of Senior Manager, Global and Cross Brand Development. Howard Katz has been appointed National Sales Manager and Global Business Development Manager – Eastern Region. Katz formerly held the position of Senior Manager, Fleet Sales –East.Mark Charlson has been appointed National Sales Manager and Global Business Development Manager – Central Region. Charlson formerly held the position of Senior Manager, Fleet Sales – West.In addition, a series of job appointments were recently announced within the Chrysler Group that are intended to provide broad operational experience to key executives: Mr. Mark S. Bosanac was named Director - Sales Planning & Programming. Mark is now responsible for all US Market sales planning and related activities. Formerly, Mark was Director - Fleet Market Development & Sales Planning. Mr. Robert M. Richard was appointed Director - Fleet Market Development & Sales Planning. In this position, Rob heads all fleet sales planning and market development activities. Rob was formerly Director - International Service & Parts. Both Mark and Rob will report to Mr. Ray Fisher, Vice President -Sales, Service & Parts Operations.A series of internal fleet operations-related moves are also being announced: Mr. Francis (Bick) Pratt was appointed Senior Manager – Business Relations and will be responsible for commercial, rental and government customer related activities.Mrs. Lisa Way was appointed, Senior Manager – Market Development and will be responsible for all marketing, communications, customer events and internal business processes. Both Bick and Lisa will report to Rob.These moves are designed to provide greater synergy in Fleet’s internal operational customer support and market development processes.
