Dr. Krueger, a retired Army Colonel, is the former commander of the US Amy’s Research Institute of Environmental Medicine in Massachusetts; and he has conducted human factors research at the USA Aeromedical Research Laboratory at Ft. Rucker, Alabama; at the Walter Reed Army Institute of Research; at the Army’s Human Engineering Lab; and as a military advisor for Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency in Vietnam.
