A.R.E. Announces New Z Series Cap for 2007 Ford Sport Trac

February 12, 2007 - Press Release

A.R.E. is now offering its popular Z Series fiberglass cap for the 2007 Ford Sport Trac sport utility truck (SUT). "With its combination of people- and cargo-carrying capabilities, the sport utility truck has gained tremendous popularity and our latest Z Series Cap fitment is perfect for vehicle owners in this growing segment," said Bryan Baker, marketing director, A.R.E. "Whether it's being used as a work truck, family hauler or serves the needs of an outdoor enthusiast, our Z Series Cap only increases the versatility of the Ford Sport Trac SUT." A.R.E.'s new Z Series caps, custom-designed and manufactured for the Sport Trac XLT and Limited models, feature an ergonomically designed door handle with original equipment-quality locks and a double-sided key for easy use. The curved rear door on the Z series matches the styling of the cap, enhancing the Sport Trac's SUV-like look. Soft rounded curves combined with the Z Series cap's recessed windows, doors and LED brake light come together in an overall sleek design. Side vent windows come equipped with screens. A.R.E.'s Z Series cap can be painted to match the Ford Sport Trac's color, or meet the customer's specifications, through a state-of-the-art factory painting system. The cap and its painted finish are backed by a limited lifetime warranty from A.R.E. for the life of the pickup truck it is originally installed on. Easy to install, the Z Series cap is designed with a mounting rail system, eliminating the need to drill holes in the bed rails. Clamp-on installation is completed with a common 9/16" wrench. A.R.E. has been a leading manufacturer of fiberglass truck caps and hard tonneau covers for the past 35 years, with more than 700 employees at its ISO-9001:2000-certified manufacturing facilities, and a network of over 600 independent authorized dealers.
