General Motors Fleet and Commercial Operations has redesigned its business-to-business Web site, www.gmfleet.com. The site provides business customers easier access to information and tools tailored to meet their specific needs, not typically found on general retail automotive sites. The Vehicle Showroom, a primary element of the new Web site, features a comprehensive listing of standard and optional equipment, vehicle specifications and photos. It includes all models from GM’s eight divisions and specialty commercial vehicles. It also features a “News” and “Offers” section which highlights the latest news and promotions most relevant to business customers, as well as a “Service and Maintenance” section dedicated to helping fleet operators and business owners better manage vehicle lifecycle costs and improve fleet efficiency. GM FCO will drive traffic to www.gmfleet.com this summer by advertising on business-related sites such as Entrepreneur, CNN Money and AOL.com.
