2014 Jeep Cherokee

The all-new 2014 Jeep Cherokee, revealed at the 2013 New York Auto Show, replaces the outgoing Jeep Liberty. This all-new vehicle features up to 45% better fuel economy than the Liberty, a new aerodynamic design, three four-wheel-drive system choices, new advanced safety systems, and a range of new technology features. The following photos show different Jeep Cherokee models, including the all-new Trailhawk off-road model, plus the new SUV's interior and exterior.

Vehicle Upfitting: The Step-by-Step Process

The vehicle has now completed inspection and is ready for final delivery to the end user.

Ever wonder about the process an upfitted vehicle goes through before it becomes a finished product? Work Truck takes readers on a journey through the upfit-ting process with the help of Auto Truck Group, an upfitter that specializes in the design, manufacture, and installation of work truck equipment.

This article takes you through the upfit process of a Ram 4500 spec’d for a light maintenance company, which took place at Auto Truck Group’s facility in Bartlett, Ill.

The upfit consists of six main components: painting the chassis, mounting the service body, installing the LED lights, welding the hitch, and installing the cab guard and ladder rack.

The 12 photos illustrate each step, from the paint booth to final inspection where it will be deemed ready for delivery to the end user.

2014 Volvo S60 and XC60

Volvo announced new details for its 2014-MY S60 sedan and XC60 SUV. New features on these models include new exterior designs, updated interiors, the automaker's new Sensus Connected Touch infotainment system, new automatically adjusting front lighting features, and the automaker's IntelliSafe suite of safety features. 2014 Ram ProMaster Full-Size Van

Chrysler unveiled its 2014-MY Ram ProMaster full-size van at the 2013 Chicago Auto Show. The ProMaster features a 3.0L inline four-cylinder EcoDiesel engine or a Pentastar V-6. Each can be matched with a six-speed automatic transmission or an electronically controlled six-speed automated manual transmission. 2013 Nissan NV200 Compact Cargo Van

The NV200 comes in two models, S and SV. MSRP for the S is $19,990 and $20,980 for the SV. These prices exclude the $845 destination and handling charge.

Nissan showed its all-new 2013-MY NV200 Compact Cargo Van at the 2013 Chicago Auto Show and revealed more details about the vehicle, which the company originally announced at the 2012 Chicago Auto Show. The following photos show the cargo van's exterior and interior features.

2014 Toyota Tundra

The Limited grade has an “active premium” image with leather seating surfaces matching soft-touch stitched door and console surfaces, and wood-style interior trims.

2014 Cadillac ELR

The 2014 Cadillac ELR is based on GM's Converj concept.

General Motors introduced its 2014-MY Cadillac ELR, an extended-range electric vehicle (similar to the Volt) slated to go on sale in early 2014. The vehicle features a 1.4L gasoline generator and electric motors for propulsion, and GM said the Cadillac ELR has an all-electric range of 35 miles.
