Nissan Motor Company recently took automotive journalists on a tour of its Decherd Powertrain Plant in Decherd, Tenn., in conjunction with its media launch of the TITAN XD V-8 gasoline model. The Decherd Powertrain Plant produces more than 1 million engines for nine of the OEM's models it sells in the U.S., in addition to the Patrol, which is sold in Japan. Nissan invited automotive journalists to drive its 2016 Nissan Sentra compact sedan on Jan. 26 at the Resort at Pelican Hill in Newport Beach, Calif. The redesigned Sentra features exterior and interior enhancements as well as more driver assistance technology and improved cabin quietness. Assembling Ford's Transit Van

Ford produces 58 configurations of its full-size Transit van at the Kansas City Assembly Plant (KCAP) in Claycomo, Mo. Ford invested $1.1 billion and added 2,000 jobs to support van production and increased demand for the aluminum-body F-150 that's also built at the plant. Read the full story here.
