Verizon Connect is now offering a new roadside assistance service for fleets that is available to customers on demand, according to the company.

The new service is designed to quickly connect administration and their drivers to emergency roadside services, Verizon Connect announced.

Key features of the program include: 

  • Around-the-clock roadside assistance anywhere in the U.S.
  • Availability to new and existing fleet U.S. customers
  • Availability to all commercial vehicle types (light, medium, and heavy-duty)
  • Full-line of service options, including towing, locksmith, battery boost, fuel delivery, winch service (for light-duty only) and tire change.

Customers can access services to get drivers back on the road through Verizon Connect’s available Live Map or via its Field App.
