New vehicle technologies, electric vehicles, and alternative fuels will be on display with dozens of exhibitors this May in the Chicago area.

Hosted by Chicago Area Clean Cities, the Green Drives Conference & Expo takes place on Tuesday, May 3, at the Northern Illinois University Conference Center in Naperville, Ill.

Green Drives is one of the largest clean-transportation conferences in the Midwest and a great event for government officials, commercial and municipal fleet managers, corporate sustainability officers, and clean-tech and clean-energy professionals, to learn how to use cleaner, lower emissions fuels and technologies, while saving money.

More than 250 attendees, two dozen speakers and up to 40 environmentally friendly vehicles on display are expected at the 2022 event, according to John Walton, chair of Chicago Area Clean Cities Coalition. - Photo: Chicago Area Clean Cities
