California's Fuel Cell Partnership has added a
prototype minivan from General Motors Corp. and a methanol fueling station to its test of the lower polluting systems, according to a Bloomberg News story by Alan Ohnsman.
The world's largest automaker shipped the HydroGen1 to the industry-government venture that plans to put as many as 70 fuel-cell autos on the road by 2003.
The hydrogen-fueled minivan joins California test vehicles from Ford Motor Co., Toyota Motor
Corp., DaimlerChrysler AG, Honda Motor Co. and Nissan Motor Co.
