NexTraq, a GPS fleet tracking and fleet management company, announced March 14 its release of the NexTraq QuickBooks import wizard. The import wizard allows QuickBooks users to import customer information from QuickBooks Online and QuickBooks Desktop directly into the NexTraq solution in one step.

The NexTraq QuickBooks import wizard creates a direct link from QuickBooks to NexTraq, eliminating theprocess of updating and maintaining customer data across multiple applications. The import wizard also reduces the hassle of manual data entry, and copying and pasting, allowing users to streamline their operations.

In addition to increasing efficiency and simplifying processes, the import wizard also ensures that the most current information is up-to-date in the NexTraq solution, helping to keep dispatchers and the back office on the same page.

NexTraq says that the QuickBooks import wizard is easy to set up and can be used anytime a user wants to update existing customer information and new customer data from QuickBooks. The import wizard walks users through the process of connecting QuickBooks to NexTraq and works with all QuickBooks Online versions and QuickBooks Desktop versions that support the Intuit Sync Manager.
