The American International Automobile Dealers Association (AIADA) has released the 2002 edition of the poster series entitled "Did You Know These Vehicle Are Made In The U.S.A.?" demonstrating the continued globalization of the automobile industry. More than 30 international nameplate vehicles are now manufactured in the U.S., and overseas automakers have invested billions in American manufacturing operations, expanding their facilities and building new and innovative vehicles. "In today's global economy, the word 'import' is often inaccurate when referring to the products of foreign-based auto manufacturers," said AIADA President Walter Huizenga.
