GMC's 2019 Sierra will enter a new generation as a more premium pickup that will differentiate itself from other trucks, including the 2019 Chevrolet Silverado, with an innovative tailgate, carbon-fiber box, and other features.

GMC will offer the 2019 Sierra in two trims, including the Denali and SLT. The Sierra Denali will offer the upgraded content, including the MultiPro Tailgate that offers six functions and positions for enhanved loading, a standing workstation, and easier access.

The top-trim truck will also offer a carbon fiber box, an app-based ProGrade Trailering System, a multiple-color head-up display, and a rear camera mirror.

New safety features include exclusive chassis technologies such as Adaptive Ride Control.

The Sierra Denali will offer an upgraded interior with a more spacious cabin and premium materials. The crew cab model will increase rear-seat legroom by 3 inches.

The 2019 GMC Sierra will go on sale in the fall. Pricing and other additional details will be released at that time, according to GM.
