By linking the MBC Web site to Mercedes-Benz USA's site (, the customer is provided with a seamless transition between the two. The new Web site,, offers a host of new features for customers, says the company. The simplified user interface now incorporates an improved payment estimator, including all Mercedes-Benz vehicle models. Lease customers can take advantage of the First Class Finish® credit card test to ensure they understand responsibility for wear and tear on a lease vehicle prior to the vehicle's return. Current MBC customers are able to review their account information 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, and at the same time, they can view their invoices and make payments online. The new PointClickPay system has already reported more than 4,000 payments and more than $3 million in transactions. Authorized Mercedes-Benz dealers are now able to view prospective customer credit applications online. In addition to new and improved features, the company says the site was enhanced to reflect the award-winning design and functionality of MBUSA's site.
