February 14, 2005, St. Louis – Enterprise Fleet Services has created a new customer service team designed to make it faster and easier for customers to reach a Roadside Assistance representative in its National Service Department call center, the company said in a statement. The new Roadside Assistance team will be available to personally assist customers during extended call center hours, from 6 a.m. until 5 p.m., Central Standard Time, Monday through Friday. Currently, the National Service Department receives an average of 100 calls each day, according to Enterprise. Customers call needing everything from towing assistance and battery recharging to help with flat tires and vehicle breakdowns. The new team will handle Roadside Assistance calls exclusively. Enterprise Fleet Services, a full-service fleet management company for businesses with mid-size fleets, has more than 11,000 fleet customers and a network of more than 65,000 affiliated service centers nationwide.
