Conn has had hands on experience in every area of the business and was most recently operations manager for FLD, Inc. Committed to growing the industry and staying ahead of trends, Conn continues to learn about her profession and advocates others do the same. She recently earned a certification from the International Automotive Remarketers Alliance (IARA) and is on the organization’s Education Committee.
