Conn has had hands on experience in every area of the business and was most recently operations manager for FLD, Inc. Remarketing revolves around knowing the industry, the trends and the hot markets, and Conn plays a major role in keeping track of each. Committed to growing the industry and staying ahead of trends, Conn continues to learn about her profession and advocates others do the same. She recently earned a certification from the International Automotive Remarketers Alliance (IARA) and is on the organization’s Education Committee. She is also on the Board of Directors of AWARE, Advancing Women in Automotive Retail Enterprises. Conn earned her MBA from Florida Atlantic University and is originally from Queens, N.Y.
