Miami-based TruckMax has been named the number one dealer in the United States by Hino Motors Sales USA, Inc., an affiliate of the Toyota Motor Corporation. TruckMax, a commercial truck dealership led by automotive and trucking industry veteran Joseph De Maria, also led the country in sales and finance, selling a record 150 Hino Trucks and financing $10 million commercial vehicles. The awards were presented at ceremony in the MGM Grand Hotel in Las Vegas May 22, 2006 by Shoji Kondo, President of Hino Motors, Ltd. / Japan, Hiroji Kurayama, President of Hino Motors Sales USA, Inc. and Nick Vermet, Senior Vice President of Hino Motors Sales USA, Inc.
