The National Association of Fleet Administrators Inc. (NAFA) has announced the launch of its latest service, the Fleet Automotive Service Resource Web site. The free Web site, located at and, is designed to assist fleet managers in identifying the educational resources needed by their service technicians. Because NAFA recognizes, encourages and promotes the certification of automotive service professionals by the National Institute for Automotive Service Excellence (ASE), the website is organized according to ASE's testing categories. By clicking on each of the categories, a fleet manager or service technician can see a selection of the books, videos, CDs and other resources designed to prepare technicians for the ASE test in that category. ASE measures the skills of automotive service professionals through its national certification program through which ASE-certified technicians prove their technical competence. NAFA's new service will aid both technicians and their supervisors in reaching this goal. For more information, contact Joseph Dunne at (732) 494-8100 or via email at
