Venchurs Vehicle Systems, a CNG converter for Ford, announced Sept. 11 its new ship-thru facility in Louisville, Ky., in partnership with Monroe Truck. VVS Conversions’ strategic alliance with Ford Motor Co. as a Qualified Vehicle Modifier (QVM) allows VVS to offer both CNG dedicated and bi-fuel conversions of Ford trucks.

“VVS is already doing OEM-level conversions,” said Jeff Wyatt, CEO of Venchurs. “This ship-thru installation facility makes it even easier for the customer. Our conversions are already backed by the factory warranty and now the ordering process is seamless.”

With ship-thru installation, when an order is placed, trucks are pulled from the Ford assembly line in Louisville. Venchurs then completes the CNG conversion and the truck re-enters the Ford system for direct delivery to dealerships and customers. Venchurs also offers a drop-ship option, in which the converted truck is sent directly to the customer instead of re-entering the Ford system.

Also unique to Venchurs is the availability of both bi-fuel and CNG-dedicated systems and with a supplementary upfit facility in Adrian, Mich., VVS is able to further customize these trucks, from suspension modifications to off-road gear and work truck accessories.

Companies interested in adding CNG Ford F-250s or F-350s to fleet can apply for Venchurs’ short-term loaner program for test driving. For additional information, go to www.VenchursCNG.com or call 855-264-4300.
