Ford's F-650 and F-750 vocational trucks have been named the 2017 Medium-Duty Truck of the Year award for the second consecutive year, Work Truck magazine announced at the Work Truck Show in Indianapolis.
The F-650/F-750 offers a choice of three cabs — Regular Cab, SuperCab, and Crew Cab — along with two new tractor models. The availability of diesel and gasoline engines, plus gaseous prep packages, meets all powertrain needs.
For the second time in five years, the Ram Chassis Cab has been honored as Work Truck’s Medium-Duty Truck of the Year. Ram credits the win to the truck’s reliability and capability.

First revealed at the 2011 Work Truck Show, the Isuzu Reach captured the prestigious Medium-Duty Truck of the Year Award just one year later.
Twenty vehicles were included in an online ballot and voted on by professional fleet managers, who were asked to consider which medium-duty truck model best fit their fleet requirements, including application effectiveness, durability, quality, servicing, maintenance and lifecycle costs.
