Work Truck Solutions is expanding its focus onto the heavy-duty truck market. According to a company statement, this move includes new, comprehensive resources to enhance offerings for dealership and truck upfitters. When coupled with the expertise from more than a decade in the commercial vehicle space, the new expansion will bring additional attention to the demanding and evolving heavy-duty market.

In addition to the expansion, Work Truck Solutions announced the promotion of Geoff Shepard as its new heavy-duty sales manager. Shepard has more than 20 years of automotive industry experience, including helping heavy-duty truck dealerships exceed sales goals and improve advertising and merchandising efforts. He holds multiple NADA Dealer Academy Certifications and is set to head the company's focused heavy-duty efforts.

Work Truck Solutions is also actively engaged with vital heavy-duty stakeholders to ensure platform developments and integrations meet industry-specific challenges while benefiting all parties involved. Integrations with heavy-duty focused OEMs, including net-zero vehicles, and hosting a learning resource center continue to demonstrate the company's commitment to the heavy-duty fleet market.

"We are leveraging all our experience and resources in this next step of HD development," said Work Truck Solutions CEO Aaron Johnson. "Our goal is not only to meet but exceed the needs and expectations of the heavy-duty sector with the same level of expertise in configuration and use, as well as customer service commitment, that we've adhered to for well over 10 years in the commercial vehicle sphere."
