Call Center Magazine named PHH Arval “Best Call Center Team” in its First Annual Customer Care Leadership Awards. PHH says its Vehicle Maintenance Assistance Customer Contact Center provides 24-7 service to client drivers who need immediate help with vehicle repairs, breakdowns, accidents, and other on-the-road situations.
