Enterprise Named Finalist for “Best Customer Service” Award

Enterprise Fleet Services was selected as a finalist for “Best Customer Service Organization” by the 2004 American Business Awards. The second annual American Business Awards, The Stevies, honors great performances in the workplace in several categories.Enterprise Fleet Services, a full-service fleet management company for businesses with 15 to 125 vehicles, was recognized for enhancing its Web site to be more e-commerce driven. The site is now faster and easier for customers to reach a service technician or customer service representative without using voicemail, and has improved systems and operations to ensure increased coverage during peak hours at the National Service Department, including adding Spanish language capabilities. Enterprise received more than 800 nominations from various companies. The Award’s Panel of Judges includes Tony Robbins and Donald Trump.
