The MY-2022 Nissan Maxima sedan MSRP starts at $37,240, while the Altima starts at $24,550.
Nissan Safety Shield 360 remains standard across the Maxima lineup and includes Automatic Emergency Braking with Pedestrian Detection, Blind Spot Warning, Rear Cross Traffic Alert, Lane Departure Warning, High Beam Assist and Rear Automatic Braking.
The recall affects 119 Altima and Maxima sedans manufactured during a two-day period in October of this year.
The eighth-generation Maxima features a 300-horsepower powerplant as well as refinements to shed 82 pounds.
