Manufacturers will debut more than 50 new vehicles for global and North America audiences at this year's AutoMobility trade show that precedes the Los Angeles Auto Show in late November, organizers announced.

This year, BMW, Toyota, and Volkswagen will show several new models. Electric-vehicle newcomers Byton and Rivian will also show multiple models. BMW is showing its next-generation X5 midsize SUV alongside tis 8 Series coupe and Z4 M40i roadster.

Volkswagen will show an electric concept vehicle and special editions of the GTI and Beetle.

Toyota is launching five new vehicles at the show, including a gasoline-electric hybrid and special edition models. Subaru is showing multiple new vehicles, including a plug-in hybrid. Nissan will show its facelifted 2019 Maxima.

"As the nation's number one green vehicle market, it is fitting that nearly one-third of the debuts slated for this year's AutoMobility LA are electric or alternative fuel,” said Lisa Kaz, president and chief executive of both events. "It is exciting to see how many volume and luxury brands are offering greener mobility options for environmentally-conscious Southern Californians."

The vehicles will make their debut before the show, which is scheduled for Nov. 26-29 at the Los Angeles Convention Center.
