Fleet Forward: The Tour announces the addition of Canoo electric vehicles to the Dallas event, convening Sept. 15 at the NYLO Hotel in Irving. Attendees will also be able to ride along in two of Canoo's models and experience electric passenger cars, trucks, and vans from seven other automakers.
With 120 ft. of cargo volume and an 80kWh battery, Canoo's Lifestyle Delivery Vehicle (LDV) is engineered for high frequency stop-and-go deliveries and rapid vehicle to door drop-off. The LDV is expected to hit the road in 2023, though Canoo is kicking off advanced deliveries in the Dallas Fort Worth metroplex in the coming weeks.
The Lifestyle Vehicle has SUV-like interior dimensions, five to seven seats, and up to 250-mile range on an 80-kWh battery.
An offshoot of the Fleet Forward Conference, Fleet Forward: The Tour consists of one-day, regional events in which fleet operators can drive EVs and experience other new technologies behind the wheel. The Tour is free for qualified fleet managers.
The day also includes seminars, networking opportunities, and a closing happy hour. During lunch and networking breaks, attendees can interact with tabletop exhibits.
“Canoo is about to make a big splash with fleets in the Dallas Ft. Worth area, and we’re excited to play a part,” said Chris Brown, conference chair. “Come out on Sept. 15 to experience the Canoo vehicles yourself, along with a host of others!”

Attendees to the Dallas Tour stop will also get to drive the Ford F-150 Lightning.
