Ford Pro is offering commercial and small-business customers access to employee pricing on eligible vehicles through July 6, as fleet operators continue to face higher operating expenses across fuel, insurance, labor, and maintenance.
The initiative, branded “Employee Pricing; From Our Business To Yours,” gives businesses access to the same pricing Ford employees receive on select work-focused vehicles, including Super Duty pickups, Transit vans, F-150, Maverick, and Ranger models. Ford said eligibility varies by trim, and additional program details are available through Ford Pro.
The program's launch coincides with Ford’s 250th-anniversary celebration and aims to recognize the businesses and workers who have powered the country’s economy for generations. Ford Pro framed the initiative as support for essential industries and local businesses that depend on fleet vehicles to maintain daily operations.
While Ford has not disclosed the exact discount amounts tied to the initiative, employee pricing programs typically offer pricing below MSRP and can save buyers thousands of dollars, depending on the model and configuration. Ford’s public employee pricing site currently lists eligible 2025 F-150 models starting at $34,558 and Super Duty models starting at $41,495.
Alicia Boler Davis Highlights Essential Workers
In a LinkedIn op-ed announcing the initiative, Ford Pro President said the program, which gives small-business customers access to employee pricing on eligible vehicles through July 6, reflects the company’s commitment to workers and businesses performing physically demanding jobs that often operate behind the scenes.
“Hard work drives America,” Davis wrote. “Every minute, night or day, there are millions of men and women clocking in to keep this country moving.”
Davis cited sectors such as construction, utilities, plumbing, public works, and emergency response as industries that rely heavily on trucks and vans to keep communities functioning. She also referenced her personal connection to Ford, noting that both her father and grandfather worked in automotive manufacturing for the company.
“I feel immense pride when I reflect on the work that they did to provide for our family,” Davis wrote. “The long shifts that were the foundation to my education and paved the way for my career and my own family.”
Ford Pro said its vehicles are operated by more small businesses than any other automaker in the U.S. The company also emphasized its longstanding focus on vocational transportation, noting it has been designing vehicles for work applications since 1905.
Program Runs Through July 6
Davis described the employee pricing initiative as more than a traditional retail incentive program, positioning it instead as a response to the financial strain businesses are navigating in today’s operating environment.
“Simply put. Businesses pay what we pay,” she wrote. “This isn’t a promotion. It is a sign of mutual respect.”
Ford said the program is available now through July 6 for eligible commercial and small business customers.
